Retail Account Executive
We are looking for Retail Account Executives Nationwide to represent Capital Development in major market areas. Responsibilities include soliciting new business with direct borrowers (not brokers) and screening loan requests; structuring and pricing; be able to perform preliminary review of credit factors including personal budget analysis and cash flow; obtain necessary items to secure a signed commitment letter.

Requirements:
• Ideal candidate will have undergraduate degree in related field
• Minimum of 3 yrs of Commercial real estate lending experience with a bank or other financial lending institution, working directly with borrowers
• Must have analytical credit skills to pre screen commercial loans
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• SalesForce.com experience preferred but not required

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with exceptional communication and time-management skills. Business must be primarily direct borrowers. This position is commission only.
